Co-founder of the Nakshatra Group. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he carries with him over 25 Years of experience in Corporate Finance, Debt Syndication, Structured Credit, Restructuring, and Turnaround Situations. He carries immense technical expertise across sectors having handled and invested in several stressed accounts and successfully resolved them. He has handled investment ranging from $1 million to $20 million with turnaround potential as part of corporate restructurings and special situations. He has worked across sectors including FMCG, Auto Components, Educational, Health, Edible Oil, Textile, Fibers, Textile, Agro Processing and Iron & Steel.
Amar Agarwal
FCA, M.COM, MBA, IP (Rankholder CA Final)
Co-founder of the Nakshatra Group. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he carries with him over 25 Years of experience in Corporate Finance, Debt Syndication, Structured Credit, Restructuring, and Turnaround Situations. He brings with him an experience of Value Investing, strategic decision making and monetizing investments across several sectors, including financial services, consumer retail, infrastructure, cement, media, logistics and manufacturing.
